All staff at Ark must go through an upgraded DBS check. According to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975, you must declare any pending convictions, cautions, reprimands, or warnings before being appointed. The employment relationship could be terminated for nondisclosure. If you disclose a criminal history, you may not automatically be disqualified from employment; it all depends on the type of offense(s) and when it happened.

- Salary: Ark MPS (£32,962- 43,691.00) if part time the salary will be prorated
- TLR 2A £2,873
- Contract: Fixed Term with potential to extend or become permanent
